Yes. The first onboarding runs in dry-run: Elise reads the connected data, builds the dashboard view, and shows proposed actions without live writes.

Yes. Elise is fully API-based. Nothing is installed on your theme, the storefront is not touched, and your site is not slowed down.

Each client runs as an isolated tenant with separate configuration, runtime data, logs, and memory. Credentials and tokens stay out of source control and production writes require explicit approval rules.

Every action is reversible and tracked in the audit trail. You can undo the latest change from the web app or connected operating channels. You can also set guardrails, such as maximum price variation or daily budget limits.

Yes. Monthly subscription, no annual lock-in. Cancellation by email, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

No. We create the tenant, connect Shopify and the available data sources, configure thresholds, run dry-runs, and only then enable dashboard, bot, and approved production actions.

Typically 5–10 business days from the kickoff call to first live dashboard. This includes tenant creation, Shopify connection, data validation, dry-run review with you, and go-live. Adding Google Ads or Merchant Center is included in the same window. Social Ads sources (Meta, TikTok) add 3–5 days if the accounts are ready.

No. Elise is designed for store owners and small commerce teams who do not have a dedicated data or ops analyst. The daily briefing surfaces priorities; you approve or reject from the web app or Telegram. The only thing we need from your side is Shopify admin access and, if applicable, Google Ads and Merchant Center read/write permissions.
